PRICE DROPPED after taking a look at kbb

The time has finally come and I am officially selling my car for sure.
**Car Located in the Hampton Roads area**
**Asking price $23,000 OBO with everything** Also open for trades +cash, depending on the mileage and the mods on the car (mainly looking for a s2k, 6 speed TL, or possibly a g35, other cars similar in price.
**Willing to part some stuff and drop the price a bit more**
-Everything in the engine is still STOCK!! Never upgraded any internals.
-2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII
-Approximately 26,700 miles (might go up a bit as I drive it here and there)
-Purchased August of 2004 (Original Owner)
-All maintenance up-to-date. Fluids changed at the dealership (Mobil 1, tranny, transfer case, rear diff fluids) and also done by myself (Mobil 1)
-Brake pads changed @ 24,000 (hawk hps front and rear)
-Brand new Brembos from Mitsubishi Dealership @ 23,000
-I have most of the stock parts still available (Exhaust, intake, etc)
-Brand new tires put on (Cooper Zein All Seasons & wheels powder coated semi-gloss finish)
-VIII wing switched with a IX wing from dealership after VIII clear coat started peeling

Thanks. The Greddy Ti is an awesome exhaust. It actually has a diameter a little bigger than 3 inches. and doesn't bottle down. Sounds amazing, very light and gave me a bit more pep. The only thing was that the Ti was about an inch from sticking out the bumper so I had to add a heatshield so the bumper wouldn't get all burned up. It would be perfect for a JDM rear bumper.
