Kaaz LSD problem
I installed the lsd and am having turning problems. If i accelerate while turning it kind of pops or skips, its not smooth. Does anyone know what this could be?

Re: Kaaz LSD problem
It sounds like you haven't broken it in properly, or at all. Clutch type LSDs will chatter at low speed until they are broken in, and are still a little chattery until all of the clutch plates mate properly. You could probably find break-in instructions (repetitive figure 8s usually) on one of the LSD manufacturer's sites, or on KAAZs site.
And don't use synthetic fluid, it lubricates too well and won't allow proper clutch plate mating...
KAAZ LSDs are nice, make sure you treat it well..

Re: Kaaz LSD problem
That is what Kaaz LSDs do. They're loud and it sounds like something will break when you turn at low speeds.
If you bought it new and installed it yourself make sure you set the backlash correctly. Other then that the only other thing you do is drive around for...I can't remember if it is 150 or 300 miles then change the fluid and break in is done.
They're loud and obnoxious, if you don't like that buy a helical diff.
