FS/FT: 1990 Eclipse GSX shell/many race quality parts

Ok this has been my project car for the past 5 years and i know everyone that knows me is going to look at me like wtf are you selling this for i thought you had big plans for it, well i do but i am interested in changing up to a 97-99 eclipse gsx. I will trade all of this for a good condition 97-99 eclipse gsx running or not. i have a built motor and big turbo to put in it.
The car is actually a Talon TSi AWD but i didn't like the body trim that came on them so i switched out the wing/tail lights/center grill/interior for that of an Eclipse instead. The shell has many aftermarket parts that would cost wayy more if you were to buy them new and they are optional.
$700 for the shell with these parts:
4bolt rear end (the strongest rear end for these cars)
3" downpipe and gutted cat
walbro 255LPH hi pressure fuel pump
grant steering wheel
a-pillar 2 guage pod
upgrade to 91-94 shifter assembly
ignition upgrade to 91
shortend shifter
interior is very clean
motor mounts have solid inserts
optional parts (add $4865 to the $700 shell, actually if you buy everything i'll let it go at a solid price of 5,300):
thermal research 3" cat back exhaust (+$300)
17" concept pro wheels with new nitto tires(+$500)
D2 adjustable coilovers with camber plates (+$600)
Shepherd racing transmission 10k miles (+$1600)
-double 2-4 synchros
-welded center differential
-new mitsu case
-stronger shift forks and rails
