Touch screen is definitely used but it was like that when i got it and has been fine. Was planning on eventually polishing it out (like you do with scratched CDs) but it's been fine for my needs over the past year.
Two docking stations, data cable, three batteries (two regular, one extended), all the software (will have to find it).
Already upgraded to WM5
