Anyone seen this show on tru TV. They're using Integras as bait cars with cameras mounted inside and shuttin down the car from a computer.

ya im actually watching it now. thats pretty cool that they do that. but it seems like they are only doing it on CA. maybe if they had a few of the cops here do that in VB and NN and maybe some of the thefts would stop. very good idea though

We use those Remote Kill boxes at my dealership. That's how we can sell cars to people with challenged credit. If they don't make the payment, we shut the car off till they do, or we come get it. Comes in very handy. You usually don't have any more payment problems out of people once you shut there car once or twice. (Ours don't kill the car while it's moving, but once they turn it off, it won't restart.)

Tru TV, formerly Court TV.

I watched it too. It was kind of funny when they intentionally pulled over and arrested an undercover cop, dressed in normal clothes, then hauled him away while leaving the car (Integra) there with the keys in it. People immediately begain swarming towards it and it wasn't but minutes before it got stolen.
