He actually did my Integ and while he was in there did the spark plug/head gaskets. Couple of months later it felt like the engine got weaker and maybe lost some power. Not to mention the head was leaking oil around the gasket. I pull out the spark plug wires to find oil in every single hole. Eventually, I got it all out with no damage and replaced all the gaskets myself and haven't had a problem. Not that I don't like that guy, just had a bad experience. Should prob rant in a different forum, but I felt it was appropriate. BTW, if anyone can do a clutch for cheap, please get up with me. I'll be looking to get mine re-done within a couple of months.
