Default Vq35 in Z32

OK so a friend of mines was thinking of doing this swap in his 91 nissan 300zx non turbo.. i searched around & didnt really found any really good sites..they all said the same thing:it wont directly bolt up. if anyone can help it will b greatly appreciated

well you need a vq35, and you need a z32.

VQswap.com is the only place i have seen a standalone for the VQ to retain cam control. If the extra ~15 horsepower isnt too important to you, dont worry about cam control and just use megasquirt or a vq30 ecu.

using the vq35 ecu will be a pain.

maxima.org is aso a very good site for vq swap info.
