ford focus ztec timing gear set

i have a 02 focus i am working on and one of the bearings in the gear must have cracked and made an awful noise when running. my question is has anyone changed it, how do i get that meal cover off to remove the bolt?

thanks figured it out, if anyone has a focus on here can you please take picture or find a picture close enough so that i can set where the letters are positioned on the cams?
