It was last Saturday night and me and my friends were out. We went down this road and we got to a dead end, the dead end was a coldasack. So we turned around and we got cut off by cops.we had 3 different cars with us, and all three of us got reckless driving tickets , becuase the cops said that we were doing donuts in the coldasack. So we now have court on the 3rd. We went back and took pictures and there were no tire marks.now dont you think there wouyld be tire marks if we were doing donuts.Plus it was two civics and a crx. Can you even do donuts in a front wheel drive car? I think not! If anybody has been in this situtaion please tell me how to get out of it.

well you can do donuts in a fwd car....its reverse donuts....tons of fun...
but yeah...show them pictures of the area and all that, and get them to prove it or whatever....they tried to bust my friend for doin donuts in his mustang, but there were no marks, his tread was just fine. alls he was doin was turnning around to back into a parking spot.

ask the cop if he physically saw the act and smoke from tires or heard noise of tires loosing traction.
if he says yes, then ask him why the pavement doesnt show it in those pics. but you have to wait for his answer!!!! its all in timing.

i dunno bout th lawyer thing cuz i've had.... a few tickets and got off on the ser ious ones and never had a lawyer. take pics of the coldasack, and go one step further... ask people that live in that ct. if the ever heard anything... a testimony kinda thing would hold up the best.
and reverse wips are the best thing in the world but it's a lil too tight in a ct. for them in my opinion... unless it's a big ass court.
