Last night I decided to take the g/f out and went out with a friend of mine and his g/f.

We picked Aldo's Ristorante (authentic italian), and it was amazing and honestly before this i've never been to any decent restaurants that aren't corporately owned.

So I decided to see what else there is in the 757 as far as good eats goes.

Probably get flamed for this but eh, I love food.

 

Aldos is far from "5 star" quality.

 

Burger King? Works for me.

 

yeah doesn't necessarily mean "critiques 5 star quality" either. It was just very good eats and i've never had service before like this waiter gave to us nor was the food ever this good.

 

Do you know where Downtown Norfolk is?

i would say if your in newport news try the vineyards its in kiln creek shopping center. its a small Italian place and is very very good

 

yeah I work for electronic systems as a contractor for northrop grumman so i'll see if I have enough time this week to give it a try
