whats up guys i've been having problems holding a idle. My car runs great apart from that every stop light i get stopped at my car will stall out after about 20 sec of idling.
I've got a
b16 head and tranny
B18A1 block
p30 obd1
Not sure on the harness so i'm guessing thats the problem. Anyone know which harness i would need before it drives me completely crazy?

Any check engine lights?

 

I just checked it said:
code 3- MAP sensor (suprises me because it is plugged in)
Code 10-IAT (MY harness melted this sensor for some reason)
Code 14-IAC
Code 14-Ignition output signal.
Not sure how to fix 14 and 15 any tips are appreciated

 

Is the P30 chipped? You should be getting a knock sensor CEL if it hasn't been disabled. Maybe that will show up when the rest of the stuff is fixed.

 

I've not got it chipped, i'm not to worried about that problem yet though. I'm just puzzled as to what wiring harness i need

 

you should replace the map sensor and the iddle air control vlave, that used to be my problem.
