will a eclipse 1g awd trans fit a 2g turbo engine?
i have a 95 talon awd and the trans is shot, i have a spare 1g awd trans. its the same spline count, will it fit on my 2g??? please help thanks

it should fit because you hear of all the other people talk about putting in a 6 bolt 1g block in there newer cars. if your tranny is shot then you have time to swap it out and try it right. lol.

It will not work. 2G has 3 transmission mounts and 1G only has provisions for 1. What is wrong with your trans? It might be able to be fixed fairly easy.
