Arrow prelude h22 problem

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have a 92 prelude si, it has a h22 motor swapped in, but back when i bought the car i didnt know as much about the car except for that a h22 vtec was fast motor.
so i didnt ask the guy i bought it from about the tranny being swapped and all so i don't know for sure if that was done.
The problem i'm having is that the car seems to run fine, then after a while it seems like it just loses the pulling power. Like leaving a stop light sometimes if you sit there and then the light turns green the car will go but if you try to really go theres no power it just gets up to speed really sluggish until it gets to a little higher rpm. Now the vtec kicks in good and the tranny shifts well and all, car has very few mods. If there is a number or something i can look for on the transmission to tell if it is the h23 or h22 tranny i can try to look for that.
But i don't know enough about the motor and all to really troubleshoot and find out whats causing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have the car for sale on craigslist and i hope to either fix it before the sell or atleast be able to tell whoever buys it what the problem is with the car. Thaks i'm new up here just lookin for some help. http://norfolk.craigslist.org/car/640489316.html there is a pic of the motor in the post i doubt its big enough to help with anything but maybe, just let me know what you might think it is. I'd appreciate it.

So i found the way to get the check engine codes: showed 3 codes:
EGR sensor
Knock Sensor
02 sensor heater
Now how do i fix them?

The car is gonna run crappy with no knock sensor or a bad egr. the 02 sensor needs to be replaced. The knock will need to be replaced if its throwing a code. You may be lucky with the egr like what was mentioned above. You may be able to clean the ports. Maybe not, You will have to clean them to find out.And heres a link for any h/f tranny codes to figure out what tranny you have. http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=758902

Replace the 02 and egr valve, many people just get the ecu chipped and the knock sensor removed, but thats def. your problem.Im not sure how many codes sets it off,but after so many the car goes into limp mode, which well makes it run horrible.
