My girlfriend and I have our first anniversary beginning of May. I would really like to do something special for this. What is a nice restraunt in the 757 to take her to? And when I say nice, I mean REALLY nice, like you need to dress formally to go there.

I was really hoping to find somewhere that has a dance floor and maybe live music or something, as in slow dancing, not club-music. So far the only thing I can think of that has all that is Spirit of Norfolk, but I've been on it before and its not THAT nice...

Any suggestions? VA Beach would be best, but anywhere in 757 is fine.

its definitely a very nice and up scale resturant for the location, the food is on par. you most definitely get what you pay for.

They don't have a live band or anything however.

I would check out either of the restaurants in the Hilton at the oceanfront. They're not black tie formal, but they are very nice, and fairly high class IMO.

 

The Trellis - Williamsburg

Smithfield Inn - Smithfield


No dancing at either, but you won't find better food in this area.

Vintage Tavern hands down in Suffolk. Go on a Thursday, they have the best prime rib ever evidently.

Excellent food for a very fair price.
