Default Bouncing problem?

I bought a POS boosted hatch from a guy on here about 2 months ago, and have been trying to get the car to run right with the boost since I bought it, but I keep running into continuous problems.

Here is my most recent one that I can't seem to solve:

When the car is fully warmed up and I begin to drive the car get near 1900 to 2500 RPM range, in any gear but first, the car begins to bog down , and the car will begin to jurk, it alsofeels like the car is back firing on it self. But once I give the car more gas then what I was giving it before, the car will start moving again fine, I can shift go through the next gear, but will run into the same problem right around that same RPM range. IT only does this every once and a while, typically after I have been cruising at the same speed or near that rpm range for a while, on the highway is when I'm particularly prone to having this problem. Anyone have any ideas of what the problem could be, any advice will help.

Additional info on the car:
  • D16z6
  • Running with a crappy VAFC tune
  • Missing link
  • FMU
  • Walbro 255 pump
  • Saab 390cc injectors

If anyone has any ideas as to what it could be please feel free to post here or PM me. If you need any more info on anything please let me know. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S If I can't get this problem solved, then I plan to take the car off boost, and returning it almost completely to stock, would it hurt to leave the upgraded fuel pump in the car, with stock injectors, and with the removal of the VAFC?

Thanks again,

JT

it sounds like a shitty tune job. i had a dsm that did the same exact thing and i got to where i didnt want to deal with it and like a dumbass just sold it for cheap and come to find out just needed a new computer.
im dont know too much about tuning but from my experience it just sounds like you could use a better tuning system and tune. my 2 cents.
