it will be a challenge to hit 275 with a full exhaust for sure.... if you are getting a complete GReddy kit, their DP is 2.5 inch at the most.... you'll probably have to dynotune on an open downpipe.

You need these:
1) A tunable fuel management.... Hondata, CROME, AEM-EMS, Ectune, Neptune, etc..
2) Upgrade to a 255 LPH high pressure fuel pump
3) A 3-bar map sensor, if you just have to pass 11-12 psi boost to hit a 275 goal...(I dont recommend it tho).... which will also require you to get a boost controller.
4) Bigger injectors, I think the GReddy kit comes with a set of RC 440cc's if I remember correctly
5) an adjustable fuel pressure regulator... just in case.

..... if i thought of something else, I'll come back and post again.....

I got your message about the piping bro.... I'm out to sea right now. Call me this weekend.

As far as the timing goes, leave that alone... that is up to your tuner to set and all has to do with the way your motor is reacting to get the target a/f ratio. DSM injectors are old news bro. A lot of the tuning software for Hondas nowadays dont work well with DSM injectors.... but then again, it still relies on what the tuner sees during the tuning process... hit or miss with DSM injectors on a honda. My advice is not go cheap with injectors, tunable management, and wastegate (if external). If you search long and hard enough, you can actually get great deals on 440-680cc injectors. Same goes with CROME and Hondata......
