You can't get it in Hampton, it is @ NASA and is only for use in their vehicles.
Closest public place when I checked about 6 months ago was in Raleigh.

No there is a Place beside the fedex werehouse in chester that has the e85 sign

 

is it for public use? I've been looking around the e85 info sites and haven't seen anything public in VA.

 

Not sure if its public use. I dont see why it wouldnt be. If you know where the fedex where house is right off rt10 in chester behind hardees its right there before you see fedex

 

I think I read an atricle about stations and the only public use one was in Alexandria, I believe. Do you have to do any mods to the fuel system to run it? Funny thing is I e-mailed he governor's office about this before but of course they didn't respond...bastards
