Default state inspection
I recently posted this in the regional forums but it got moved, i just don't know where. So I figured I'd post here.
I am looking for a person/place that gives "leanient" state inspections. Please just pm me the details if you do not want to post in this thread. Thanks in advance!

there is a new shop at 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, in the back of the office complex looking building. i have heard they will let most anything pass.
