Chesterfield Auto Parts off of Midlothian Turnpike is pretty good, but it would probably be tough to find a whole front end off a Civic. Stuff gets picked through there pretty quickly. It is a pick-your-own.

Woodfin off of Genito may have it, but I hate going there. They don't let you pick your parts and they are usually ridiculously expensive. A few times I have gone there asking for random stuff (fender, hood, light sockets, interior pieces) and the prices they quoted me were more than I could buy new parts for.

There is also Circle Auto Parts which is the same company as Chesterfield Auto Parts. You can even go to both yards in the same day and only pay once ($1). They are located in Colonial Heights which is just south of Richmond on 95. I used to like going down there rather than Chesterfield Auto parts because, as stated above, it gets picked through pretty quickly. Circle Auto parts doesn't get picked through nearly as much (at least when I used to go there all the time)
