I don't know about Virginia Beach but in Newport News there is The Marksmen up on Industrial Park Road off of Warwick Blvd.
Half the building is their paintball arena while the other half is an indoor pistol & rimfire rifle range.
I go up there to shoot my Glock G19 and H&K USP 40c. I've never been in the paintball half before though so I couldn't tell you what it's like but the range side is very clean and professional with an nice envromental control system.
