Do anyone know what's going on when you rev the car and the RPM comes back down, then the car just dies??? it dont matter if your jamming the car or just parking the car it still dies if you rev it. It idles perfectly without no problem until you rev the car. Need help....

my car was doing the same thing but it turned out to be my vvt-i.one of the butterfly vavles on it were bent ,and i had some boost leaks.

1.what kinda car is it
2.is it swaped,stock,does it have mods
3.if modded then did it do it prior to the mods?

 

I had that issue on my A4 andit turned out to be the 02 sensor taking a shit on me.

 

its an obd II jdm type r engine in a 94 gsr shell. Everything is stock.

 

check your MAF, all o2 sensors,, injectors, etc

 

People told me it can be my timing or it can be my o2 sensor.

 

I dont have any check engine light, is there a way you can actually tell if its not working?
