Well it's about that time. I need 2 tires and I'm looking for options and suggestions. I have a Integra and it's my daily driver. I want something reliable for DD but something that would do the job if I need to "get on" on the car. I currently have Kumho Ecstas SPT's but I don't like how they handle and they're too big. They're 225/45/16's. I bought the car like that. So I'll just wear those two out and then buy something else to match what I'm going to buy right now. I was looking at the Yokohama Parada Spec 2 and the Falken Azenis RT-615. Any suggestions/ personal experiences?
They're going on JDM ITR wheels.
I was thinking 205 or 215's? I know the stock ones are 195's IIRC.
Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec. I was gonna buy them until I found Azenis available, because the Dunlops apparently are better in the wet, have a higher treadwear rating, and are suppose to be just as sticky as the Azenis.
Stock tires on the USDM ITR wheels are 195, but on the JDM ITR wheels, stock size is 205 I believe.
Why don't you get four tires instead of just two? Mismatched tires FTL...
Because the other two still have enough meat plus I can't afford 4 right know. I'm married, have a kid and have an addiction to photography and everything that comes with it.
