Tien Suspension.
Just curious on who has em? what car are they on? and how do they ride? im thinking bout trying out the drift spec for my corolla but i want something that will also be comfortable for the streets as well.
The company is called Tein.
Also, do your own research as to what will do the best for you and your car. Tein makes a great suspension, but you may want to look at other options like Ground Control, Megan, D2, Omnipower or JIC Magic. If you have your heart set on Tein, get one of the systems that accepts EFDC, and purchase that add-on. This will help you achieve street comfort.

yea i know its tein. was typing to fast. neways thanks. i was looking at JIC magic but the set i found was only their entry set and was like $1006 + shipping. im not looking to get somethin too expensive but i do want something good. i was just trying to get some feedback about tein and see if ppl like em or would rather have a custom set up.
custom setups are always better. The dampers Tein and many Japanese companies use aren't the best stuff out there. JIC and Tein have the same damper distributer BTW.
For the price, you get alot more with Stance coilovers. There is less crosswalk damping on the dyno compared to many Japanese brands and both rebound and compression can separately be adjusted.

I have ridden in a couple cars with tein suspension. Very comfortable if its adjusted for that. Sure you can make it so that even a pebble nearly breaks your neck, but they are pretty comfortable for the street, some people even say it is actually smoother and a nicer ride than stock... I didn't know about JIC and Tein having the same distributor.. however on that note, Apexi and Megan have the same distributor aswell.
As for as stance, people are starting to put them on their IS's and loving them so I would give them a nod aswell!

I had Teins on my car, had Mugen Lowdowns and now i have Cuscos. The Teins were good a route to go for saving a little cash and they were ok on the street. The Mugens were the best for daily driving but no ride height adjustments but damping adjustments were very awesome handle very nice. I'd have to say out of the three I've owned, I like my Cusco zero2 the best, but you have to pay to play
yea. i know you have to pay to play. and seeing how most GOOD coilover sets go for $1500 + then they better be worth it. im just saying i dont wanna throwdown $1500 and have it end up being a shitty ass suspension.
Don't buy Tein springs. They're crap.
For Tein coilovers here's a good rule of thumb: If they're painted they're crap. If they're anodized they're good.
Speaking of crap, all the flash in the pan coilover companies should be avoided as well.
Omni, FF, D2, Stance, Megan. Crap.
