im selling the two because i have different priorities now and these 2 guns arent it.
must be 21 and pass a state police verification. i do not want to go to jail or have the police up my butt for selling to a felon or some1 under 21 so if you do not like that i get u checked out first dont by the gun.

To the OP, in Virginia you aren't required to verify anything, all id do is make a bill of sale, but each their own, i am not even sure if the state police do this anymore in virginia if your not an FFL.
are you 21? have you ever commited a felony? have you ever been convicted of domestic violence? if it is yes, no, no, then yes you can own a firearm. Good Luck how ever, i tried my hardest to get my gun registered and no one would do it /shrug.

if you buy a gun from a private seller (ie. someone on drag, or other websites, you dont have to get your gun registered in the state of VA)
if you were to purchase a gun brand new/used from a store/gunshow/dealer, then you get it registered in your name.
ive tried, they wont do it!
