I have a turbo gsr delsol and i have full exhaust 3inch down pipe to skunk2 catback exhaust my exhaust keeps snapping and gettting fixed and it just makes a ton of unwanted noise. I have tourque mounts and stuff so my motor isnt really moving can anyone fix this for good or atleast fix some of these noises so it sounds more clean?

Most shops wont touch a car with no cat, unless its an older one that didn't originally come with a cat/cats. If you took the pipe off, with no pipes or cat, they can do whatever. At least, thats how it was explained to me today, and previously.

If anything from the header forward isn't stock, then Big Al's isn't aloud to touch it. Wether they will or not is up to them.
