if you do it right than it will be fine, ive painted about a million sideskirts and never have a problem. paint sticks fine when you use the proper stuff, cleaning materials and bonding agents and know the proper procedure.

any advice on the "proper procedure"? im about to do mine
the guy above me who just mentioned "plastic spray paint" is not using the right stuff. Itll look good for a little bit, but if you want it to last and look good for the life of the sideskirt. (trust me, i was spray painting things 6 years ago, ive since graduated to doing work for people and using real automotive products, you ever heard of the GOLDEN NUGGETS, im pretty sure i am the o.g when it came to gold LS mesh wheels haha.)to make it stick and stay you need to be using alot of things. Proper prep is the first part, the proper cleaner for deoiling raw plastic after youve sanded it is the next big part. Of course adhesion promoter is highly reccomended. 2k primer is a good thing to use, i always use sealer, good base and clear, proper procedure and materials will get you the results you want and itll last a long time.
or you can do it the 5 dollar way, its up to you.
