Re: need to tune pr4 for B20?
If you're just going for a slightly larger engine, with no other mods, the stock ECU is fine. There is enough flow capacity in the stock injectors, etc., and the ECU will compensate for the larger engine based on the MAP and O2 sensor readings. An LS block is so close in spec to a B20 block that there really isn't any reason to use any other ECU.

Re: need to tune pr4 for B20?
I was using a p75 for my b20z, but running lean at some points. Got it tuned, with the base car putting 161/134 (the dyno reads high, before anyone cries).
My suggestion would be to get it tuned (send it off to phearable, etc), but like others said, it's possible to run on a stock LS map. I ran on the stock p75 for 7 months with no issues.

Your tune must have not been very good. You probably didn't need anything bigger than the stock injectors too, so that was probably most of it. Injectors that are unnecessarily big can make for some nice part throttle problems.
There shouldn't be anything wrong with keeping the stock injectors and picking up a few HP with a decent tune.
