Could you describe the rust condition a little more in depth? Are the frame rails solid? Any possibility on removing some of the parts for a lower price?

The rust is typical rust from age and mileage. Not cancerous rust like lots of 240's out there. The frame rails are in good shape.
I'm not parting out the car to reduce the price. I believe that the price is very reasonable compared to other 240's out there. I'm not making a profit.
