I went, anyone know what happened with the guy that wrecked his bike?
I was taking some pictures of the burnout and heard the OHHHHH's and next thing I know there is a bike on the ground and people rushing over.
Someone said dude went sideways, flew off, and started doing flips behind the bike.
Anyone know how he lost control?

I HEARD SOMETHING ABOUT HIS REAR BRAKES THAT HIS FRIENDS WAS SAYING HE KEPT TELLING HIM TO CHANGE THEM BUT HE WOULDNT LISTEN SO BASICALLY HE HAD NO BRAKES..IM ASSUMING THATS WHY HIS FRONTS BRAKES LOCKED UP AND HE FLEW OVER THE FRONT HANDLEBARS. THERE ARE 2 SPOTS AT THE END OF THE TRACK WHERE YOU CAN JUST SLOW DOWN AND NOT GO DOWN THE END OF THE TRACK. I WOULD THINK HE TRIED TO STOP TOO FAST AND MAKE THE FIRST TURN AND HE HIT THE BRAKES TOO HARD AND HE WENT HEAD OVER HEELS. I ALSO HEARD THE SAME GUY SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT FLUID ON THE TRACK SO I DUNNO, JUST STUFF I HEARD, NOT SURE IF ITS TRUE OR NOT. THE TRACK OFFICIALS SAID HE WAS OK AND THEY WERE JUST TAKING HIM TO THE HOSPITAL FOR PRECAUTIONARY ISSUES.
I heard he has a big gash in his knee, though I'm not sure if that's true or not.
As far as the brake thing, it would make sense considering what happened.
Is your del sol the one with pink lug nuts?

Seems like they took a long time with the Helicopter though. I remember seeing it come in and land and thinking yeah, he isn't "fine" like they say. But it seemed like it sat there for about 20 minutes or more.
Don't they usually take about 5-10min?
