what would cause anyone to want to hit 8K before the motor is even warm?

yeah it could be your dizzy, and number of possible electrical connections having an issue. no CEL at all?

 

im telling you check the oil.
the ecu could b pulling timing cuz your oil pressure is low.
it happens alot.

 

Are you tuned for those cams and any other mechanical changes?

 

yes im tunned with that setup.. and my oil level is fine. i dnt possibly think it could be the wiring becasue this doesnt happen when its cold. i just bought a msd external coil so im going to try it on and let you guys know if it worked or not. thanks guys

 

also no check engine.

 

i changed my fuel filter and its still running like doodoo.. i'm going to change my ecu and injectors in a little bit i'll let you guys know how it goes.
