94 Ls integra F/S

description: im selling a 94 integra RS. I have had this car since november of 07 and i have always wanted to just fix it up but havent had the money or the time. Nothing serious is wrong with it, its a great car, and pulls VERY hard.
details: 237k miles on the shell. its had a engine swap. when? i dont know, it was done before me. It has a Ls b18 with a b20 head.
Its painted Flat black, no spoiler, no serious scratches or anything, except for my horrible paint job.
It has one small dent on the driver side, it can be fixed with a plunger which i might do after this post.
The car has power steering, power locks( wiring problem, isn't working atm), power windows( work great), it has a cd player, BUT its shitty and im taking it out.
NO A/C. It has everything but the compressor( or w/e its called) and the high end valve( w/e its called).
Mods: Exhaust, it has a racing radiator, cold air intake, headers ( spoon sports), mugen shifter, it has been lowered, the ECU has been chipped by DYNO inc. It rev limits at 7,5k and has a take off timer( w/e its called) at 4k.
Thats all that i can think of right now, i will add more when i look more into it. I want to see what kind of offers i get.
BTW, this cars a monsters, it pulls hard and has been good to me. Its my little sleeper
looks slow but god its fast.

Bad things, no cd player, taking the one in there out, its fucked up. I have all the things to go there.

The piece that covers the steering wheel i have. Just haven't put it on. Studs on it wont let it fit on this steering wheel.
The carpet is a little dirty. These pics were taken after many days at the beach and not cleaning it. This car just needs a paint job and some TLC.

so let me get this right, your wanting to trade your car(primered,no a/c, stock motor), for a clean, good paint job, newer integra, what exactly would the person trading you benefit from?
