Second. Any one have a good source for old kawasaki (84 GPZ 750) service manuals? I'm mostly interested in any common problems or TSBs. I tried Ultimate Cycle and they told me about carb work and oil leaks. I know the bike I'm looking at needs carb work as it will not hold an idle and will likely need the valves adjusted, the bike is at ~13K and has been sitting for a year.

I'm a mechanic so it's not that big of a deal to go tearing into shit, but it's comforting to have a backup guide and torque specs

It will be my first big bike aside from a tricked 70CC moped, but i figure at its power level it would be like a newer 500 or 600 - so a good learner bike

 

go to kawasakis website..... they sell the manuals.

edit... you sure its a GPz 750.. I found the manuals but the GPz 750 isnt listed.. only a 550 and 1100
