I ordered a blox intake manifold from their website on last Monday. On the website, it stated that the item was in stock and came with free shipping. I placed the order and used their paypal checkout so they received the funds on the same day. I did not hear from them via email or any form of communication until I emailed them on Thursday of that same week. I asked about my order and received a reply on Friday. They said that they were out of the item and had to order it. Then they told me Saturday that the warehouse that they order there parts for shipped it to them by mistake so they had to ship it out to me. They also said that they didn't have a tracking number for my item yet, because there computers were down. I emailed them yesterday which is not 7 days later to ask about the tracking number. They responded today (Tuesday) with the item is on back order and they apologize that they thought the other manifold was mine, but it was another clients. I asked for a refund, I can't deal with straight up lies. Don't buy from them!!!!

 

Shit sucks, some stupid shit always happens to me also.
