Lowered my price to $15,999. I took my car to carmax today and they offer me a pretty close price to what I am asking for. I have 7 days to sell it to them for the price they offered me today. If I don't sell the car by this Friday (August 8th) I will just sell it to carmax.

Strangely, I have a guy who’s flying in from Minnesota?! This Thursday to see the car. Sounds very serious and sounds very knowledgeable about miatas. I told him unless someone come knocking on my door and offer to buy the car right there and then I'll hold it for him until Thursday.
