Default Fuel Problem?

Well on the way to Wilmington this weekend my car started acting like it was starved of fuel again...if i would press on it gas i'd get nothing then it'd go...hadn't acted that way in over a month...i'd stop and turn the car off and turn it back on again and it'd run fine for about 15 miles then it'd start again. was fine on the way back...well today the problem seems to have gotten worse and the car has started to turn off

i'm figuring that the fuel pump needs replacing, i was also told that mabey it's my main relay, ignitor, or injectors...any thoughts

Sounds like main relay or ignition coil, both could cause that if they are under a load and get hot.

But normally a bad main relay would cause a no start condition in temperatures like the ones we have been having. A bad fuel pump would also cause a no start condition unlike what you said you are having.

Sound more like a bad coil or bad igniter since it practically bogs (weak spark) then starts back up fine since the cars computer basically restarts the whole process of running the car
