The Car Club of VT meeting has been rescheduled so we can allow members and newbies to join in on some awesome racing Thursday night at Bristol Dragway (140 miles from here, not that bad). I know Nick, Marshall and probably Steve are for sure going to go down there and run. I know a ton of other guys will too if we organize it. Gates open at 5pm there and racing begins at 6pm, so how about we all meet at the Lowe's around 3 and leave no later than 3:15pm? Any suggestions?

BTW it's 10 to race and 5 to watch.

 

I'm a newbie so a litte more info would help. Where are you guys gonna go race at?

 

Thought I post this nice pic I found on the bristol site. Looking at Dan cheating on us and getting extra tuning without telling us in lane 4, damn you boy!!! Jeff I see two nice donor cars in the front of lane 8 and third in lane 9 behind a turbo civic I think. My favorite has to be the civic with a "body kit" in the front of lane 7.

 

The SRT-4 definately needs to go, I know a lot of civics and integras in Bristol that need to be shut up. So if any of you guys with the SRT-4's can come you should.

Is this one of the street fight things that bristol has?

I still have a ticket from the earlier one I went to(when I got pulled over on the way) and was told I could use it at another street fight night. Is this true?

I'm interested in going......I'll get bosston to come with me if I go.

 

Yeah those of us who went the time it rained and still have our tickets can go back for free.

 

I'm there. Gonna get a new best time for my bday present, and hopefully not break anything.

Good luck getting bosston to do anything like this. He won't even talk to anyone else...

Steve, I'd be amazed if you got mid 15's..no offense to your car at all. Most guys expecting mid 14's get mid 15's at bristol it seems.
