We are looking to fix up the entrance way at pungo airfield before the next drift event and i was hoping someone on here may work for or have a connection to a local business that sells small rocks/gravel used on driveways. For anyone that has been to pungo in a lowered car you know it is not a pleasant experience and we would like to change that. shoot me a PM if you have info.

If anything, host some sort of fund raiser and take donations to put toward building a pathway. I used to go to pungo way back in the day and it was a bitch! Also find any local company around that area(pungo) that might agree on some sort of deal to help out.

EDIT: Eh n/m im sure you guys already have the funds seeing as you want this done by the next event.
But ill ask around with friends i know who work construction and see.

 

Not a hookup but this place: Enchanted Forest Nursery (757) 549-9667 1116 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA, has pretty good prices, gotten mulch and dirt from them, most of the money in things like that are delivery so if you have your own truck to pick it up in it shouldn't be much, or rent a truck from Lowes and put a large tarp in it.

 

i dont gotta worry bout those, my 4x4 stance gets me in fine.

but it would be so much better if all the dips and shit were fixed

you might have it covered, but ask salmon's. they're on PA Rd. about 7 miles south of the airstrip.

 

contact Redbrick or GSWagon, they just had a gravel pathway from the back side of their yard to the front yard/driveway for their lawnmowing trucks/trailors installed by a company for a damn good deal.

 

hahaha, dude, my car almost got stuck like 40 times out there! hell i'll even help come out and help put down the gravel
