Price is at $2300, if you don't like it thats cool, don't post. feel free to send any trade offers but really interested in VW hatch's. Trades must run good and be a 5 spd. No trucks, SUV's or convertibles. Car has been on craigslist for a while. I don't really need to sell it, just waiting for the right offer.

It is a 1988 Toyota mr-2 N/A blue w/ blue interior, it is a 1.6L 4A-GE 4 cyl. with a 5 speed transmission. It has 158,XXX miles, and runs great, no leaks, no smoke, and doesn't overheat. I had the battery and alternator replaced earlier this year(i have receipts). Also had the clutch (oem) and the flywheel (Fidanza lightweight) replaced late last year (receipts for parts and labor). It has a RAC-TIV exhaust installed by previous owner. MK3-spyder rims with decent tread left on tires. It does have T-Tops as well.

Problems are mostly cosmetic. only mechanical problem is the rear drivers side Tie rod vibrates, handling is not effected. The passenger window knocks going up, and the power antenna doesn't work (extra used one included). Cosmetic problems include front valence is cracked in 2 places, paint chipping on front end, and some of the exterior/interior trim is broken/missing.

Overall its a great car, runs really good and gets amazing gas mileage. oil changes up to date. April '09 inspection.

Thanks, and there is half a dime of surface rust right above the passenger headlight. But thats it. None of the traditional MR-2 rust.
