94 Civic B16 and 5 Lug
Name: Chad
Location: Chesapeake
Means of contact: PM or reply to this thread
Price: $6300 OBO. I'm negotiable and eager to sell. Throw me an offer and we can talk. Please, no trades and I'm not parting out. You can buy the car and take whatever you want off, I'm not doing it.
Title is clean, no accidents/repairs, I'm the second owner for over 8 years.
Mileage: 110k on the body, I've only put 40k on it since I've owned it. 10k on the motor since it was installed 3 years ago.
Engine/Trans
B16 stock bottom end
Head purchased new from Honda milled .030 and P&P
JUN 3 cams and valve train
JUN Ultralight flywheel
Header-Tech header with 3" Flex pipe
3"in--2.5"out high flow cat
Apexi World Sport exhaust(old school) Nice and quiet I hate loud fart can exhausts
ACT 6 puck clutch
Tuned by Matt Shue with Neptune runs perfectly.
About 10k miles on the power train
Suspension/Brakes/Wheels
Five lug from CTR
New front rotors and new pads all around have less than 5k on them
CTR brake booster
15/16 master cylinder
16" CTR wheels with two new Ventus tires on the front. The rears are Sumitomos less than 5k on them. I had to get the Ventus on the front because I had a flat and that was the only thing I could find locally on a Sunday.
Koni Yellows
Neuspeed Sport springs
Interior
Stock except for EX gauge cluster that reflects the correct mileage and a fake Type R shift knob.
In 9/10 condition. No rips or tears. No stains on the carpet. The seats have minor stains thanks to spilled drinks.
Python Security System with remote start, keyless entry, and extras
JVC HD radio with Ipod connection
Old Sony speakers all around running off old Jensen amp
Exterior
Stock
No Rust
The paint is original and not in the best shape with some fading on the top surfaces and some stuck on pine sap.
I'd give it a 6/10. It's not horrible just could stand to be resprayed.
That's pretty much it. I hate to get rid of the car as it's very reliable and gets 30 mpg, but I need something more practical with more room. I can take more detailed pictures for anyone interested. Thanks for looking.

155/106. When Shue tuned it, he said he thinks it's over cammed. He thinks it'll make more with less aggressive cams. Also, with less aggressive cams, you'll be able safely move the cam gears. I don't drive it that much(less than two times a week) and it's good enough for me. I don't drive the car hard or ream it out all the time. I considered changing the cams, have made the tough decision to sell it. Like I said, I love this car, but I just need something more practical.
Forgot to add that it gets a really consistent 30mpg. Also, Matt told me that that dyno reads a little low and the best way to find out how much HP it makes is to take it to the track. I haven't done that so look at those numbers with that in mind.
