who was on milatary hwy las night around 7ish 8oclk. mad was that sh*t buged. all the lights went out fo like 29 min. no accident's. well i guess some virginia can drive. not. i dont see how people can get in to accident with a little drezzel but in a down pour every thigis find. any got any insight. got some pic put it up later
