Default Wheel/Tire Help w/ Towncar

Basically i have a 92 lincoln towncar with the stock air suspension. I have my eye on some 20 inch rims that i would have to order off line , i was wondering if anybody knew if i could fit 20 inch rims on the car without adjusting the suspension. I know i could take the car to a rim shop and see if they would fit but id rather not waste the gas if someone on here could just answer it for me. The rims come with tires that have a profile of 45 i can get lower profile if its absolutely necessary but id rather not because it cost more money . Thanks in advance

It should fit, if not, make it fit.

it will fit i had 20 x 8s on my town car and only had to beat in a little of the rear wheelwell. also would rub a bit on the swaybar up front if you turned the steering wheel all the way. You could either take the swaybar off or just grind it a cunt hair.
