Default 92 integra/ Starting problem

I have a 1992 integra 5 speed manual It won't start, battery, starter and fuses are all good. There is no power to the starter solenoid wire and there is no power to the safety clutch switch. I have looked for the starter relay and for what feeds the starter solenoid but can't find it.. Can anybody help

check the fuel injection relay (main relay) or ignition coil.

there is a fuse under the dash that sits on a wire that looks like a cheap amp wire fuse. look for it and see if it is blown.
