This motor is actually not all that bad. There's a tick in the motor, sounds like either a valve or slight rod knock. I would recommend some sort of bottom end rebuild. I believe it was caused by over revving. The next day (this was my DD) I started hearing the noise, and it was driven for maybe 45 seconds before I turned the motor off. My mechanic started it up to pull it into the garage to pull the motor, and said he didn't even hear any noises. I do know that it can't be all that bad, and the motor doesn't have that many miles on it. I know alot of these LT1's go for 600+ in much worse condition with much more miles, so this is a good deal. No lowballs please. I'm located in Richmond and I will not deliver. I may be able to drop it off for shipping but that just means I would have to borrow a friends truck, and I would need some sort of compensation. PM me or post here for any questions.
