Default b20 question

Is it worth the extra $ to get the b20z? over the b20b.
Im not really sure whether to make it vtec or just turbo it?
Are there any decent shops in the 757 to get a car tuned?

If you boost get the b20b it has lower compression, if you got vtec use the b20z it has higher compression and would help with all motor without having to upgrade the pistons.
