well i had a long day and i locked my keys in my car on my driveway,lol
im just wondering if anyone on here knows how to open car for cheap??
locksmith quoted my around 60 or so to open it

im in Fairfax,VA

Prelude shouldn't be that hard to open. Working at a car dealership I've had to do it plenty of times to various cars.

Find an older metal coat hanger, something you would get for free from a cleaners place. Make it straight, then at one end of it turn it into a hook. It should still be fairly solid so that you can squeeze the metal hook through the rubber weather striping above the window and work it down to the door handle. Once you do that you should be able to hook onto the door handle and try pull the door open from the inside. It takes some time and practice, but I'm sure you'll get it done after awhile.

find someone with triple a, ask to use their member #, locksmith will come out and remove the upper rubber on the window(as opposed to wedge), and just like the tow guys they never ask you for the card, or anything, just to sign the name of the person because eitherway they get paid.

naa i've tried that, they wont give u a key unless u bring them ur registration which is in the car and my wallets in the car along wit my license,lol
