I was driving on 95 southbound just passed the Woodbridge exit and saw a bluish light on my side mirror and creeped up on my left side. I didn't realize it was a CRV at first until I looked at the driver, he downshifted, took off, and the only thing I saw was his license plate "jdm crv" and a Tanabe stock looking exhaust. I tried to catch up and wanted to give him a thumbs up, but he took off and exit at dale city. Btw that Sh!t looked pretty fast.

It was a silver CRV with black rims and polished lip, it had Tanabe style exhaust, and 2 redskins football flag on both side of the roof.

I remember "illegal" if I'm not mistaken has a silver CRV almost the same as the one I saw.

Yeah, I'm not sure if it's the same owner tough because I remember that it was for sale. But then again it looked very identical.

I saw illegal's around stafford awhile ago, I'm pretty sure that wasn't illegal. The driver was a skinny whitish/ hispanic looking guy. I just wanted to know if anybody else has seen it and if it's inlines by any chance.
