Default Milling a type r head

I have a 98 spec r motor im freshin up.How far can u mill a type r head im using jdm r pistons looking for 11;5 11;8 cr...thanks guys or is it even worth milling?

Get different internals, like higher compression pistons or higher compression valves.. Milling a head is never a good idea if you can help it, and there's no going back.

Throw some cams in that motor and a nice header and rev it to 8500.

Cough my dtr header and a nice set of Stage 2 skunks.
