ok so i am putting togather my first honda i have a eg manual rack and was told it will fit my dc2 i bolted it in but the steering u joint is splined to large on the rack side yet the steering shaft side fits the rack so i am guessing i need a eg u joint? any help would be great

 

I would check the part numbers with the Honda dealership and see if they match up.

 

do you mean the rack numbers? i went from power to manual and the shaft on the rack is smakker than the dc2 rack

 

well you are talking about the rag joint that hooks from the column to the rack right? i would acually go to the junk yard and tear one down if i was you.

 

thats what i was thinking i just need to find a eg in a junkyard

 

whats your location. here in the hampton raods there is egs at almost every junk yard. well exept petes.
