you're in the wrong forum. This is for car related general discussion, it should be in off topic. Is it a Sprint phone? If so, you'll need the master lock code which any store or customer service can provide you (it's the number you use when you program your phone). To wipe the phone you'll dial ##RTN#, then enter the lock code. Otherwise you can just go into your security settings and manually wipe the contents.
