How does one quote a Pm and put it in a post?

I usually just copy the pm, go into the thread you want to post the pm into, and quote a random person insert the pm and change the quoted persons users name to the desired user name.

I usually just click on reply in the PM and copy and paste that text. That way the bbcode for the quote is generated by the forum
